80% Nutrition

DIET.
Healthy eating based on fresh whole foods and regular clean water intake.
We assist you in chosing the right type of foods, the right portion sizes to eat and how to prepare them to boost your health and fitness goals.
SUPPLEMENTATION.
With the processed foods, stress, daily polution, GMO foods (Geneticaly Modified Organisms), we have been eating in the past our bodies are no longer absorbing enough of the vital nutrients from the foods we eat as a result, there is a rise in diet related diseases so our bodies now need help by suplimentation.  "You are what you absorb" NOT "You what you eat". 

20% FITNESS

EXERCISE.
Fitness planning is key to a healthy active lifestyle. The most beneficial way to reach your goals is via a process called progressive loading and resistance training. Fitness plans can either be for home, gym, park or home.
COACHING.
Personal coaches will be the difference between achieving your goals and your time and effort just being yet another wasted try. They are there to push you when you stop, be a shoulder when you need, the perect motivator when you are down but most of all they will be there when you need them and behind you every step of the way.

SOCIAL.
Community is EVERYTHING to Ultim8 U Health & Fitness. We strongly believe with a great community of like minded people of all fitness levels, sexual orientation, religious background, and nationality we can ALL achieve our goals by supporting each other.
